KCW - It's all about the pom-poms

For a quick and easy project you can't go past the infinity scarf - and when I saw these pom-poms in the shop I knew R would love them. Although it's winter I made the scarf in a thin cotton voile, hoping this would make it trans-seasonal.

R wasn't in the mood for modelling - the sun had come out and she was in a hurry to get outside and get on her scooter. But she did like the coloured pom-poms and was keen to show me her favourite one.

Anyone squeezing in any last-minute KCW items?

  1. Oh I love this, I haven't used pom pom trim before but I have been eying some off... I want to make some curtains for a cubby house..... I will admit that we don't exactly have a cubby house yet but as soon as I seen the pom pom trim I wanted, I was straight on to the other half to get building so I can make some pom pom curtains for it. Lucky he loves me, or he'd think I was slightly insane :/ (actually he probably does think that I'm that anyway ;)

    1. Pom-poms on curtains are a great idea! You should definitely keep up the pressure for the cubby house just so you can make them :)

    1. Well as it happens I'm making a pom-pom scarf for myself too - only my trim is black. I'm tempted by the coloured ones, though, very tempted!

    1. Thanks Christine! It was such a last-minute, late-night thing I didn't even try it on R before I sewed the ends together, but as it turns out it fitted her perfectly.
